If your parent or guardian cannot join you, the Parental Consent form must be completed in advance.
Have you completed the online written test at home?
Written tests cannot be scheduled later than 3:00 p.m. If you have chosen a later time, please choose a new time.
Do you need to obtain a Real ID (add gold star)?
If you need to obtain a Real ID, please visit the Iowa DOT website for document requirements.
